In light of recent events, I created a video going over how to chart your cycle with pen and paper, when you can get pregnant, and when you can’t.

I go over the four phases of the fertility cycle with particular emphasis on when ovulators are fertile, i.e. there is a viable egg available for fertilization by sperm.

I also cover the three fertility signals your body gives you that you can keep track of that yourself.
